Heaton Bennett InsuranceRosalyn, professionally known as Aly, is a dedicated Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Mindanao with a degree in Human Resource Management.
Rosalyn began her journey with HBI in December 2024 as a project-based Data Entry Specialist and was later offered a full-time position as a Commercial Lines Assistant. Before joining HBI, she worked as a Content Moderator in the BPO industry and gained valuable experience in recruitment, where she developed expertise in the engineering sector and honed her cross-cultural communication skills.
Known for her efficiency, accuracy, adaptability, and ability to thrive under pressure, Rosalyn takes pride in delivering high-quality work and embracing challenges with a positive attitude. Outside of work, she enjoys reading novels and manga, watching anime, and finding time to recharge through rest and relaxation.
