Reno, a Filipino residing in the Philippines, currently serves as a Personal Lines Assistant at HBI. Reno previously worked as a licensed nurse in multiple hospitals and later on transitioned into roles within various BPO companies. Though relatively new to the insurance industry, Reno conscientiously upholds the strong work ethic and compassionate demeanor cultivated from his experiences in healthcare, thus significantly enriching his ability to collaborate with his team and deliver unparalleled client service.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Reno’s passion for sports and Esports is unmistakable. He enjoys playing basketball, video games, and watching sports with his family. Looking to the future, Reno holds the inspiring aspiration of becoming a sports or Esports coach, eagerly awaiting the right opportunity to arise.
