Heaton Bennett InsuranceOrpha graduated from the University of Mindanao with a degree in Information Technology. Prior to joining HBI, she worked remotely for nearly three years as a data annotator and researcher for a Singapore-based company and later gained experience in customer service operations, further developing her communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
She is known for her efficient work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to support daily operations and administrative processes.
Outside of work, she enjoys writing short stories, reading novels, and watching crime and history documentaries.
