Meet The Team

Nancy Heaton, a born and raised Austinite, is a native to the insurance world as well. She is married to Ted Heaton, who also works in the insurance industry. Together, Ted and Nancy have two daughters, Meredythe and Margaret. Meredythe is a Partner at the Austin office of the law firm, Walters, Balido & Crain, LLP. She was named a Rising Star amongst all lawyers in Texas under 40 years old in 2021. Margaret has elected to pursue the family business of insurance and currently works as an Executive Assistant and Marketing Director for State Farm Insurance.

Nancy has worked in the insurance field since 1981. Currently, Nancy co-manages the agency. In her free time, Nancy enjoys cheering on our University of Texas Longhorns. Many evenings you can spot her circling the Hike and Bike Trail or attending live music shows at Austin City Limits, while she spends her days antique shopping around the greater Austin area.
